Wheaton, IL U.S.A. — Permanent mounting WindJet lances, offered with a single nozzle or in a 4, 7, or 13 nozzle cluster, are now available from Spraying Systems Co. Ideal for heavy-duty blow-off, drying, or conveying in industrial applications, the lances feature on/off control with an integral ball valve.

WindJet lances are an excellent choice for air control applications requiring a tightly directed air pattern with minimum noise levels. The lances produce a spray pattern of compressed air that converges into a single stream, creating a high-impact jet of compressed air. The efficient use of air can greatly reduce air consumption costs. Air capacity of the lances ranges from 27.8 to 1777 SCFM at 90 psig. The lances also meet OSHA standard 1910.95 for noise.

The lances come with two screw-on or weld-on mounting clamps. Single blow-off lances are available with flat or round ABS plastic nozzles for all around toughness. Heavy-duty versions have aluminum and stainless steel nozzles and mounting clamps for exceptional durability in harsh conditions. All lances have stainless steel piping and an aluminum holder. Adjustable joints are brass. An optional adjustable swivel allows fine tuning of the nozzle position for all lance configurations.
